Wow, just came for a helping hand. You guys are kinda mean.
deetrsubliminalStrangely, it's not an admin ban, but a straight-up 503 IP-ban from the server itself. I'm not even on the ban list :/ Whatever the server is, a whole lot of Mumble channels use it, including tf2center.com...which is probably what they were trying to prevent me from using in the first place.
Would you mind explaining how I could VPN mumble but not TF2? I didn't think this was possible...
I'm reading this as "I'm banned from tf2center how do I bypass it" so I'm not going to tell you how to do that, sorry.
I'm not banned from tf2center--I am not on the ban list; admins have even tried to assist me with my situation. I am IP banned by the Mumble server that hosts tf2center, which restricts me from lobby, djedi (who I know the owner of), my team (who I obviously know), and a number of others.
If you ask a tf2center admin if there are any IP bans for Mumble, I imagine the answer would be "no."
Nonetheless, I understand. I'll google it. Thanks.
ry4ntksubliminalHm well that's no good....but does it work with TF2? I really have to just settle at this point. It lets you play on tf2 servers yeah, you'll most likely get stuttering and ping issues but maybe you'll get lucky. You can try out their service and see how it is for you.
Great, thank you.
If anyone else has suggestions, I'd be very appreciative.
deetrYou could probably VPN mumble and not TF2 and play fine (aside from comms that are a bit laggier), but if it's your team's mumble just get somebody to unban you?

If you really want to know, I've been IP banned maliciously from several Mumble servers. Just looking to be able to comm with my team.
Thanks.

I'll pay.
I need a VPN, what do you care? xD
I'm looking for a VPN that works with TF2...
Basically, every service I've tried refuses to let me connect to TF2 servers. Is anyone out there using one that works with Steam? Preferably a fast one, but whatever works.
Thanks,
Would someone please upload a folder with the files in their proper place? I can't seem to get this to work for the life of me :(
Doesn't seem to be working for me :(
Pretty sure it's because I couldn't find HUDLayout.res and created a file in tf\scripts. Does this work on sv_pure servers?
Help please?
Edit: Found the proper HUDLayout.res file and added the text to the bottom, but still not working--any ideas? Thanks!
BigmangabeI wish I could be overrated and suck as much free stuff as I can from my fans.
