FogShould I diversify my investments in unusual hats?
Serious post here.
People actually do invest in virtual items/goods. TF2 with it's population being so big and people wanting these hats so bad that they're willing to pay money for them is a really good thing for investors. I've heard of people buying unusual's in the 200-300 dollar range and selling them a few months later for 600-800 dollars.
tl;dr: If you have the doe and time. Yes.

atmosulnDid anyone kickstart this? You could have pledged any amount and you would receive a code to get the TF2VRH in-game. Sadly, the kickstarter has been over and funded since September 1st of last year. Man I wish I knew about it before.

I bet they doubled their number of orders today. Which isn't really a good thing to be honest. People buying it because of the TF2 link should be waiting for the consumer model.
I knew you could pay the $300 for the Developer Kit, but I don't want to spend the money on the kit. I probably would have thrown around $20 towards it. Guess I'll wait for the consumer model.
