I know you can do it on this one surf server (forget the ip tho) but it only let's you select stuff from your class.
Also custom weapons has something similar, but thanks for the help :D

Ok, I don't know if I put this in the right place so let me know if I need to move it.

So, I've been looking for an hour for a really good server that:

Is not dead,
Is community made (not valve)
Has access to some sort of plugin like !weapons except you can give yourself any weapon from any class (Like randomizer but choosing the weapon).

Thanks in advanced! I just really want to play with my friend as a scout with a minigun
