How many hours a day should I practice?

When I first started playing, I did DM mod for hours on end and improved pretty quick. Then I got into some weird ass attitude where I just would get mad whenever people killed me, so I went to playing bot maps and pubs where I had little competition. Over that period of time I got worse and kept getting even more mad wondering why I was bad.
So yeah, fuck training maps

PieQPlatinumjust do your practice in like 30 min - 45 min stints...you can't maintain the level of concentration needed for much longer than that you'll just start dwindling.
No disrespect platinum, but if I want to be a div3-1 scout how will 45 minutes a day help me? It would take me forever to get good enough to compete.
I think hes saying to practice in 30-45 minute sessions with breaks inbetween, not 30-45 minutes a day
