Actually there is a custom skin that not many people know about if you're interested in something that isn't a cfg or command, I have been using it for months now. http://tf2.gamebanana.com/skins/135633 It doesn't change the new color of the rocket launcher, and it removes the left hand entirely from other soldier weapons, but there is customization options included within the dl.
