Nvidia has a 1700Hz display prototype which reduces display latency to almost zero. http://hexus.net/tech/news/graphics/91943-nvidia-demonstrates-1700hz-refresh-zero-latency-display/but, the frames required to do that at that height is both hard to attain, and frames that high will get you a slower experience

You can hate on Donald Trump all you want but that won't change the fact that he is one of the most successful people alive.
