Vhn missed 1 scrim that he informed me about ahead of time, and we scrimmed every day twice a day for about 3 months. Vhn is extremely reliable in that way and always has a positive attitude with a great drive to improve. I don't think he ever tilts or at least he never takes it out on his teammates. In general he's just a nice person to be around. Excellent pick up for your team.

"competitive community" you refer to is 6v6 community, nice try at speaking for every format
too bad in other environments (like pubs and highlander - the ways game is intended to be played and is balanced around) demoman is not so perfect and clearly has plenty of issues
i'm still ashamed the minority of players were able to push valve to revert absolutely sensible sticky nerf, might as well just remove the class at this point, so i support this theory

Bolt healing is very high and significantly out-heals the Medigun when the target is in combat. This might be okay given the trade-offs (risk-vs-reward of ranged shots hitting and the opportunity cost, no overheal).
The uber building needs to be nerfed, just remove uber building completely and make it a heal only weapon. The uber building seems to be the most op thing so just leave the healing mechanics how they are because of what they said in the quote
