Sadly there were a bunch of tracks I couldn't find on spotify, so a playlist on youtube would be much more inclusive. However, if this thread blows up it would be insanely easy to just add every youtube video in the thread to a playlist and call it a day.
Different mice react differently to different DPI settings. Very few mice actually perform better at higher DPI, that's usually where you start to see weird positive or negative accel issues. Also, monitor refresh rate and resolution have absolutely nothing to do with your mouse's imperfections, that's all determined by the sensor in the mouse.
That said, the DA still has one of the best sensors on the market and the weirdness you feel when turning on or off raw input is probably the built in accel in Windows kicking in. If you're on Windows 7 turning off "enhance pointer precision" doesn't fully disable accel and, as tranche said, if you haven't used a registry fix that's probably the difference you feel when you toggle raw input.
Also to answer the original question in short: For sensitivity calculators raw input enabled is equivalent to a Windows sensitivity of 6/11 with the MarkC mouse fix(or some other registry fix) applied to disable Windows built in mouse acceleration.
It looks like the headphones have two interchangeable cables. Try using the regular audio cable, not the cable designed for smartphones with the buttons and mic.

There's one that's like the greatest ever, but I can't remember what the video was called on youtube. It's from some euro's stream and a medic/soldier go through badlands house from mid and kritz from patio/porch. The soldier hits another soldier with a crit rocket sending him to the skybox, then fires off another rocket to end that poor dudes TF2 career. Please somebody find this video.

kirby meant to type r_drawviewmodel 1/0 not viewmodel_fov 1/0, although you can try playing around with the viewmodel_fov to make the weapon further away(a higher value) or make tracers disappear(a value of 0).

I have the AD700s and while they are far and away the most comfortable headphones I've ever worn, they come at a price(and lack any isolation whatsoever). For a first dip into real headphones, I've heard very very good things about the Superlux heeadphones.
