I also have the CM Storm Quickfire and it's really awesome. No complaints.
You don't need to download anything to see what processor you have. Open the start menu and type "dxdiag" then hit enter. It will ask if you want to go online to check if drivers are WHQL signed or something, you can hit yes or no, doesn't matter.
dfywouldn't recommend any headsets by razer, logitech, steelseries etc
they aren't reliable in the long run, good audiophile headphones last. plus most gaming headsets are very overpriced. poor build quality and the sound is terrible when it comes to listening to music
While I agree with defy about headsets being overpriced, don't spend 40(EDIT: 50 bucks oh god) dollars for HD202s, you should be able to find them for half that. Personally I would recommend these: http://www.amazon.com/Superlux-HD668B-Dynamic-Semi-Open-Headphones/dp/B003JOETX8/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1355359230&sr=8-3&keywords=superlux+headphones
I've read a ton of great things about Superlux and their line of budget headphones. The "floating wing" style headband on the HD668B is a copy of the AD700, by far the most comfortable headphones I own, and I hear the HD668B is just as sweet.

oh god please no
Just a note: you can get the zalman clip on, the modmic(which is much more expensive, but also very good), or you can get this other clip on mic:

I remember reading very good things about it on head-fi.
You might want to research this a bit more than I did, but it looks like the GameCom 780 is Mac compatible. In the top review the guy says it works fine for him on OSX.
I know nothing about medic in highlander but I would venture to guess that the 40% extra comes from the fact that Harb can stay alive through intense fights where Hein would have died. Then in the aftermath of said fights he can heal up his remaining teammates.
A little more than just knowing how to use crit heals. :D
If you feel that your ability to shoot people is inconsistent you can always try setting aside some TF2 time as dedicated "DM Time," playing like 20 to 30 minutes of DM every day you'll see your consistency skyrocket. There are a few DM servers in the Servers sidebar to the right, although they're all North American.
Just use the 60hz widescreen, then when you want to play TF2 play at a lower resolution in fullscreen and force 75hz. ez
I met this guy at LAN and he was a good guy. He even let lent Novice his 120hz monitor for the LAN so Novice wouldn't have to play demo at 60hz(comatose/screwball played medic). I don't know how this works with depression but I sincerely hope you can be yourself sometime without the help of medication. Best of luck!
If this takes off I could see this being HUGE. Best of luck Didge!
I'm pretty sure the Reddit MGE server allows all classes.

On the topic of nostalgia:
Try uncapping your fps when you host.
