kawai honestly found herman miller mid-back chairs to be just as bad on my upper back as any standard office chair, i figure they are designed for average sized humans only because there was genuinely 0 appeal to the chair for me
ive heard good things about the secretlab titan from fellow tall people, doesn't seem like there's an alternative
u could try the herman miller embody which has a high back but imo for a long time sitting i honestly prefer to have no headrest/back that extends beyond my neck and at 6'3 the aeron is pretty comfy
