RockMonkeyListen. I've analized more medic plays than I have total frags in IM. I can say that with the attack interval of .8 seconds on the rocket launcher + the x 6 rockets + the two non-consecutive reloads (.92 each) bob would have a 6.64 second window of free opportunity to counter attack, in which, he could easily do:
390 damage with his Ubersaw- enough to kill nearly TWO soldiers at full health.

BlitheYeah tbh valve is pretty bad at the competitive side of things. AFAIK cs:go is outsourced to hidden path and they developed the competitive system for cs:go. Correct me if i'm wrong.

rocketslayi don't follow the overwatch competitive scene. what's the incentive for people who are good at overwatch but a tier or two below the best teams like c9, rogue, etc. to play? are there small tournaments where they can make enough for it to be worthwhile? do they get sponsored by orgs large enough that it's financially sustainable?
basically how many people can make a full time career out of overwatch
With that logic there would be no incentive to play competitive tf2. Those lower level teams might enjoy playing the game, and right now there is no way of knowing if the "tier 1" teams in overwatch now are still going to be the best in a year.

Hey everyone I am looking for a team as the demoman. I feel like I can easily hold my own on a playoff bound team, despite my past team experience. I've only played on friend teams so I feel I haven't really had the ability to grow as a player.
Pros:
- I feel like my DM is good enough for high (possibly even top open)
- I dedicate a lot of my time to improving (DM, and watching demos)
- I love scrimming, and I am almost always open to scrim
- I don't tilt or start drama
- I comm everything I feel is important (but they could always get better)
Cons:
- I still have some inexperience so sometimes I am a little awkward whether it be positioning or midfights
- I am used to vacuum pockets so I am not quite used to getting tanked
- I have been really busy with moving and starting school so I haven't been playing 6s very much lately
I do realize I am a bit of a nobody but I am 100 percent committed to getting better this season. I am open to all criticism that is given to me and I would like to have a team that can work together if there is a problem rather than just tilt or complain. Please consider me for your team thanks! :)
