i played on a team with dwaggy a very long time ago in ugc, and recently played a pug with him on medic, and saw a huge difference in his overall gameplay. he tracked ubers well, listened to important calls, was very talkative, and tried hard. even though the pug was going downhill, he was still positive and didn't tilt. a ton of potential to be honest.
