1) I get around 5/6 hours a night of sleep
2) 3.5/5 consistency
3) 12:30/1:30 am to 6:30 am
4) I nap at least once a week, up to 3 times. I usually nap from 3:30 to 5:30 when I do.
5) I always wake up between 6-6:30 on weekdays. No alarm needed.
6) My sleep is pretty high qual. Just wish I got more of it.
