I would say Columbus, Oh (not just because i live here), but because it's cheap to fly here, really cheap to rent here, and it's a great town.
EDIT: our expo center was used in a bunch of lans so they're probably equipped with stuff to have a large lan.

If we start in the next month we will have 5 months to donate, as opposed to three months last time. We got 16k out of 20k last time so with an extra few months we will be able to afford sending two teams again. Sending an 'all star' team might even be better, it will be even cheaper and we have more time to donate. If we wait too long it won't happen but if we try to get the ball rolling sooner rather than later it certainly is achievable.
