What map are you playing?
Maps like cp_dustbowl, for example, use a different winpanel depending on what points you've captured. The standard winpanel like you've shown here will show after all 3 areas have been capped (won the round entirely). The winpanel in the image quoted is from one area of the map being won.
Go onto cp_dustbowl to see what I mean, because that's your problem.
Yeah I was playing around with my winpanel yesterday and the same thing happens even in payload however when I looked into this there is no other res file that controls it. In some cases it uses another stock winpanel, I am trying to find which one it is currently.
update 5.2:
- Added a new winpanel
- Fixed the quickswitch panel (had an issue with the scroller)

There is no real major differences with the two but just preference as i get more feed back ill decide which one to cut but as of now I just keep a copy of the hudplayerhealth.res for "U".
So wait does the money still go to the prize pot or are they switching up this year?

edit: Also I am working on fixes for 4:3 (I might have to scrap the whole scoreboard for 4:3) and 16:10 I plan to get it done before the weekend is out.
redbanThe buttons on the side to connect to tf2mix and pugna servers was a really nice touch. You should throw some DM and MGE servers up there too
Thanks I forgot the add the autoexec settings to the push but if you understand how to set it up they should work fine I'll add the aliases servers later on as well.

Yo! Today I got a hud for you guys to tryout, this is my first hud I have been working on for a while but has not felt customized enough to the point where I should share it until now. The hud is heavily inspired by oxidehud but features changes to the health cross and different aspects. The main menu also is an edited version of Ya_hud. There are still some position changes that are to be complete but hopefully you guys can find some use out of it. It is currently optimized for 10:9 and 16:10. feedback is appreciated

Shoutout to: All the stray people who tested out my hud,rays and flame's tutorials, and Quartz for being a huge inspiration for me to start editing my own hud.
I actually had an idea sorta similar to this layout it used mvm. So two teams of six pick what classes they want to use and the map starts off with everyone picking their upgrades, after the timer scout minions start to spawn and persure the other team's base. Then I guess there are level 3 sentries in each lane(sorta didn't think it this far) and just like in dota where when you get to a certain point in an teams base your minions upgrade (so scouts turn into soldiers) and the map is played out until the bomb is deployed into the base (the actual players get to carry the bomb).
It was a dumb idea I came up with when I was playing mvm one time
