if the teams are close in skill the upper bracket team is almost definitely going to win the finals with a bo3 in hand, a bo5 would be better if you just want to make the finals longer

SheoZestyIs there some sort of visa exemption for athletes or people going to international competitions? It would be worth sdb talking to both Russian and UK authorities. Are there no very short term visas for those only planning to stay for a very short amount of time?
The political climate in the UK given recent news right now means that it might be harder for Russian nationals to get visas (Idk if this is actually the case but it's something in the public mind right now).
#60, For other reasons, UK border control is probably extremely vigilant for people being smuggled into the country currently. The easiest way would probably be to have a UK national smuggle him onto a car ferry on one of the more obscure routes such as Rotterdam-Hull. Doubt you'll find anyone willing to do that though.
Smuggling a human for a TF2 LAN. I like it.
