Hi,

hii open is looking for new players to complete our roster. All of us played together in ESEA s15 and went 7-9. We had talented scouts and weren't able to capitalize on that, but after taking the current season off and working on dm/talking to mentors we feel that we can compete at a mid-high level and potentially make playoffs by the end of the season.

We will eventually be scrimming Tuesday-Thursday and Sundays 9-11 est (2-3 scrims) but we can change our schedule a bit to accommodate yours. We will be playing ESEA and won't be doing CEVO.

What we can offer: Dedicated teammates who are going to stick through any rough patches, can take constructive criticism if you’re not a dick about it, and care about improving. We dm regularly and most of us have mentors. We will also do stv/pov reviews when needed and if you like talking about strats you can always spam me with messages. Unii's also a suicidal pocket so idk

What we're looking for in scouts: Have strong dm, don’t clutter comms or be completely silent either, and take heals. Being good at an offclass is a bonus.

What we're looking for in a medic: solid surfs, be vocal during fights but don't counter-call during transitions, and call uber percentages. Having 1+ season in open is preferable. Good crossbows are a bonus.

What we want from tryouts: Willing to take constructive criticism, paying league fees is nice but we could probably pay a fee or two, and the desire to improve. Playing cs/quake is a bonus.

He listens to criticism very well and he will actively work on whatever you want him to change. Could probably be a high open/im demo by the end of the season. Pls teach him how to m1 m2 better

It'd be cool if you could somehow display the ammo of the players since that's the only other thing a pov demo could offer over a stv. Not really a big deal though, thanks for the plugins.
