Performance issues - various games

The only major difference between the i5-4690K and the i7-4790K is that the i7 has hyperthreading. Even still, an i5-4690K should be more than enough to power through QL and TF2. I can't vouch for OW because I don't know it's required specs, but I've heard they aren't too bad.

Best Plug & Play mice?

FK1 is pretty god-tier in terms of plug-and-play. If you don't care for the feel of ambidextrous mice, then you could go for a EC-A series mouse. The EC2-A I believe is the one that has the most similar size specs to the FK1, but I may be wrong.
