EoNPretty sure cs isn't as popular as other esports in China because of China's strict censorship laws against M rated games, the same might apply for other Asian countries
csgo's perfect world version just got released iirc so the chinese csgo scene should start to kick up hopefully
there's a ton of chinese csgo skin collectors, wouldn't surprise me if they wanted to actually play the game they collect skins for for once

Routing to Chicago Servers higher than any others?

this past season uber had absolutely terrible routing to chicago servers (constant 120 ping) while he lives in louisiana, but whenever we played on a colorado server he had less than 50 ping
we all chalked it up to terrible esea routing, but it's more than likely an isp thing
