DarkNecridIf you have a Killer Network NIC you need to upgrade your drivers for it, the default drivers on Windows 10 cause a massive memory leak.
i had to do this as well, caused very very annoying memory leaks that made me think google chrome was at the source of the issue

idk about the disk usage, but you could try a registry edit by changing ClearPageFileAtShutDown to 1 in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management
