The "name" attribute in ClientScheme.res for the font file declaration has to be the same as what Windows thinks the font name is.

It's been like this for a while, it's like falloff. I can do anywhere from 146 to 149 damage to someone with it, depending on how close our characters' centers are. To do 150 damage you have to be inside them. Whether I hit the person or not doesn't affect the damage, only my position when it explodes.
I bet the base damage for the explosion is actually 100.

Turbine pro mostly just changes stuff outside of the center of the map, which is the important part of the map for DMing. There's a change to a staircase that makes it easier for some classes to get on the "crates" in the middle, probably the biggest thing.
I'm pretty sure that it's a custom animation in the .mdl file, why it's not blocked by sv_pure is alien to me. It definitely is, though.
A new .mdl file has to be compiled for any weapon you want to have centered, by someone who knows how to make custom animations like that.

I don't think using HTTP is a good idea, because it's a fire and forget protocol in terms of connection rather than a live one. This isn't an aggregation app, here. You need a kept-alive connection on one level or another to manage live statements sent from the server to the client, rather than routinely polling the server for updates.
