Dougan is absolutely insane at demo and soldier jumping. His DM on soldier and demo are also amazing on account for the amount of mge he's played. I haven't been on a team or pugged with him but I can at least tell from talking to him that he is pretty knowledgeable of the game. He has a big heart too and he is super considerate as well and is great to have in mumble. Give him a shot because he could definitely hang in high open despite what his experience says.
