You dont just get a clean slate from past actions for free, people have raised legitimate issues about your ability to run a tournament and your responses to those as well as your recent behaviour indicate to a lot of people you're more likely to repeat history rather than learn from it. Address peoples concerns rather than deflecting and this might go somewhere.
