I think it is a little concerning that people are walking around in street clothes in an OR which supposed to be sterile, with an assistant with a facemask not covering her nose. One sneeze and you have a severely infected operative field with staph and strep. This was an alarming video. As a surgeon I would never let a loved one be operated on in such an environment. Just goes to show you get what you pay for!
