Definitely agree with this and I'm not talking that weird new tekkit that they have now. I'm talking Tekkit Classic with Dark/Red matter armor and freaking quarries. Another great thing with Tekkit Classic is that persons on older rigs can play as well.
And if Tekkit Classic doesn't come through then I'd also be okay to play some Factions as well.

I wish i didnt get into TF2 so late I will always remember the day that I put it aside for COD:BO2 because it was too "cartoony". There is just no other game quite like TF2. It really sucks since the game hasnt gotten a major update in what feels like a year and whats worst is that this game has so much potential to be greater than it currently is.
I even picked up L4D2 recently after all these years and what an amazing game it is and to think that Valve is pushing out games like "Artifact" almost hurts.

viewmodels on/off with custom VTF's crosshairs

It is possible actually all you have to do is use https://cfg.tf/tools/crosshairs/ to be able to get those custom crosshairs you spoke about before. The website should provide a vpk.
NickzzzzzikaWhy don't you just bind 1 "slot1;r_drawviewmodels 0" and bind 2 "slot2;r_drawviewmodels 1" ? This is what I use and I don't think you need anything more that this
Then you can either do this ^
Or if you want an option that is more customizable use can brosel's crosshair switcher that I did a small tweak to in order to be able to use customer xhairs, scales and support min viewmodels.
