Micro stutters issues out of no where?

Pretty much the title. A couple nights ago I started up tf2 for a pug and I was getting terrible micro stutters (every second or so my frames would drop to 20 or something very very low compared to my usual 200+) which made the game pretty much unplayable. I didn't do anything that should have caused such a thing. My CSGO was also crashing every time I tried joining any server. I've done the basics such as verify game files, reinstalling the game, and updating all my drivers. Any help would be appreciated.
