m4risakirby500 fps in tf2, much worse in any other game? not sure what other games you could be playing.
tf2 doesnt need a good video card at all
other games generally do especially when eye candy is turned up
hooli streams with a 1.8 ghz dual core and a 9800 gt rofl, video cards help.
