Bad Internet?

It probably is heavy network usage, or shitty wifi coverage. My internet only gives me 3-4 bars max where my desk is set up, and whenever other people in my house start using the internet my ping in tf2 starts to shoot up to thousands in net_graph 2. I haven't done it, but 100% recommend ethernet if its possible

I got this problem and it was because I kept my dxlevel in the launch options line. I just removed the text and it stopped doing that.

I agree with gemm, it really sounds like there is something wrong with your nvidea settings. Check out the power settings from there, and also make sure fps_max is set to 0.

For some reason I am not able to use the weapon that was given to me to complete the contract. I unlocked the slapper contract and see the item in my inventory but cant equip it so I have to rely on my party to get those achievements. And I cant switch contracts to reequip it because its the last free one that's available. What do I do?
