cukeicheck to make sure you have good posture, elbows around 90 degrees etc, dont tense or grip too hard while aiming, take hand off of mouse when dead, make sure table is proper height along with chair, make sure monitor is correct height as well.
could also try different mouse pad positions to give your arm more or less support on desk.
thanks, I'll try this for sure. my push to talk is a side button on my mouse, do you think changing that would help? (6 yrs of pressing that button will be hard to relearn tho)

my mouse wrist + hand has started to hurt when I play and it's pissing me off. finally when I feel like I'm improving I have pain when I'm trying to practice. I'll probably end up changing my sens to try and make it less painful but then I have to play a bunch to get used to the new sens + relearn muscle memory. it just sucks :(
