How do casters see what the camera man sees?

Would be cool if there was someway of the cameraman showing the casters his pov, just so we don't end up getting all hyped about a play that they don't catch or if someone hits a nice shot and the casters miss ot! Not sure how it would be done without a delay but who knows. I can dream
