How to improve a scout

KanecomoleKanecoScouts is probably the most unforgiving class as in you can be a beast in dm and mge and still fall short in a real game if you don't get the grasp of it.
What? Surely scout is the most forgiving class in that aspect. Good DM will carry a scout further than it would on a demo or soldier. Demo being the least forgiving.
Yeah in hindsight you're right about demo, but I mean, I've seen so many dm heavy scouts get schooled in real matches because they just seem to switch off their brain and rely on their dm, guess that can go for any class tho.
This never bother people like nico, he had severe bran damage but made up with his sick dm.

Skins look blocky

Recently changed to dx9 to see some skins, for some reason they look all blocky.
I have put the model setting to high in my settings and my lod commands are both at 0.
Are there are any commands that i can put in to change this.
