Video card to stream tf2

Saltysally1people say tf2 is cpu intensive but idk, i have a 3 ghz dual core processor and hooli has a 1.8 or something silly like that but he has 9800 gt and i have a geforce 210 and my computer performes much worse while streaming, not sure when he isn't streaming what his stuff is like :| streaming programs are pretty cpu intensive and so is dxtory but i'm not so sure about tf2.
