Choosing any other color headset sets the shipping price to $8 while choosing the black ($53) sets it to like $30. Not sure how that makes sense.
The orange one kept the $8 shipping though, and that one is listed as $59.99.
I've run into a good amount of stuff that doesn't ship to Canada, although usually it's all the same kind of thing. (I could not find an electric toothbrush that shipped here for whatever reason)
A lot does though.
Either way, I'm not telling him to ignore the clip-on mic advice. I just think the v2 gets a lot of unwarranted hate (seemingly mostly from people who haven't owned one?).
reillyzigzterI never understood the "don't buy the v2 just get headphones and a mic you'll save money" argument.
Amazon is listing the black v2 for $53.99.
So let's say a clip-on mic is $10 and you're supposed to be saving "like $40"... I'm very interested in seeing what kind of "quality" headphones you can find for $4.
I've had my Siberias for 4-5 years and they're still working fine despite the fact that I've rolled over the cable about 3000 times with my chair. Don't think I've had anyone ever complain about mic quality. (Except for when my sound card was being wonky)
1) The v2s are only on sale on the amazon.com website, which isnt available to you or OP so Id say your point is already irrelevant.
2) Assuming the price was $53 everywhere, Im fairly confident you can find better or equal sounding headphones for $45
3) The average price is a lot closer to $80-100 in which case you definitely save money for equal sounding headphones if you are OP or an average American when they arent on sale
4) Gaming headsets tends to be USB as to use one cord. Buying a separate mic and headphones lets you actually use your headphones elsewhere, and in public without looking like a tool.
Sick I love tiered replies.
1. Thanks for telling me what websites I can order from, but uhh... "Ships from and sold by Amazon.com. This item ships to North Vancouver, Canada." Can't speak for OP but it's definitely available to me.
2. Please link me some headphones for that price that have noticeably better sound quality than the v2s.
(I could use some new non-headset headphones)
3. I'm pretty sure OP has the basic internet skills required to find a cheaper price than that.
4. He didn't say he wanted to take them into public so why would I take that into consideration?

Keyboard related: Can't comment on the Duckys but Filco makes really good keyboards. I have the tenkeyless Majestouch 2 with brown switches and absolutely love it. It's also built like a tank and doesn't have a bunch of extra pointless buttons or disco lights under the keys.
Yeah they made me wait like 2 weeks after I moved because apparently that's how long it takes to schedule a technician.
Gotta schedule it before you move I guess.
KapowwTeksavvy won't give me internetttt. I'm dying
Did you move or switch to TS recently?
Sachs is dead.
One person didn't want to play anymore, and 3 our of the remaining 5 didn't want to continue with trying to find a ringer every night.
(And apparently rosters are locked or something)
I love my EC1 eVo. I was originally going to go for the FK, but coming from years of using the MX518 and G400, I was kind of put off by the ambidextrous design so I went for the EC1.
I hated the feel of the mouse at first, but I got used to it within a week or two.
reselectaim can you stop posting gifs cant open up threads on my phone anymore
Wait until you open a thread blessed with Meb's DBZ gifs.
barlowzigztersadly not :/barlowaw there's no bell fibreop in BC, does anyone know something similar to bell fibreop in reliability/price/speed?If you happen to live around downtown Vancouver you could see if your building can get Novus:

about teksavvy, what plan do you think is the best bang for the buck?
I'm using the 25 plan which would probably the be best option unless you have money to burn.
It's $40 a month and gives you 25 down 2.5 up.
For awhile I had good routing to Dallas servers as well (60ish ping) but now it's gone back up to 90 ping so I might give em a call to see if I can get the good routing back.
