Heard about this on stream, I don't know you but were all here for you brother.
I love you ghos7, you were always the funniest in duck scrim streams, I hope it all works out well in the end.
I don't have much money now, but I donated $10 and will donate a bit more in a week.
From my father:
Hey, im kyles dad. Im not accustomed to the way things go on the computer. But i am amazed at the awesome response to friends that i dont even know. I say thank you from deepest part of my heart.

From myself:
i dont even know where to begin with this. it has only been 8 hours and you guys have given me $2,784.48 USD in donations to go directly to my sister, and its not done yet. Words cant do justice what kind of favor you have given me and my family in our time of need. I knew at least a few people enjoyed me in this community. But to get this sort of response from you guys is absolutely crazy for lack of a better word. My mind is going a million different directions right now after seeing this. I was literally in tears on my desk trying to explain to my dad what was going on and how i knew you guys were better than he thought, and trust me, his opinion has done a total 180 on how he feels about this community. I might have some free time this weekend or the 20th and i want to start those days off giving back to you guys. Whatever i can do, signing weapons, demo reviews, just pubbing and having fun, whatever. Im going to try and give back to you guys as much as i can when i get freed up. If anyone has donated, please, PLEASE add me on steam and just tell me who you are and what you would like in return. I dont care what you ask for or what you want to do, were gonna do it. The same can go for ANYONE who wants to give me there thoughts or just talk to me on steam personally and get something or do something. Like i can not express in words how much i love you guys right now.
add me on steam at http://steamcommunity.com/id/-7/
i changed my comments to public so feel free to say anything and feel free to add me
That's rough man. All the best in the future.
EDIT: Don't need anything in return!
TuggerReddit is somewhat known for its generosity, I'm not sure who made this post but upvote if you guys can. The attention can only help.
Even though it's for a (presumably) good cause, vote rigging isn't permitted sitewide. It'll probably do more harm than good if you link to it.

Without a doubt one of the funniest happenings in TF2 history.
Hope it all goes well ghos7. Thanks for friending me to sign my pan. I'll never forget that :)

Ghos7, every video I've ever seen you in has made me laugh my ass off. I don't know you personally, but I'd have loved to gotten to know you. All the best to your sister, your family, and you. Hope to see you back here in the future. See ya, mate.

EDIT: Just saw the clip. Googled the location. If you're ever around philly (however unlikely), let me know.
Wow, that car is crunched.
Good thing she got out of there alive!
I don't know you, but this is very serious and sad to hear, so I hope your sister gets better and the best of luck to your family.
I remember you said you were in PA ghost...but wow you're like literally 40 mins away. Absolutely sickening how some insurances work. Definitely try to talk to people who have been in similar situations. There's definitely people out there that can help...medical bills may look outrageous but there are ways to pay them down without losing everything. I know people who have been in similar situations, and there's always hope. My thoughts and prayers are out to your family.
If you need someone to talk to let me know, i can always meet you somewhere since you're so close to me.

I made a tf.tv account and logged back into steam after almost a few months when I saw his status of facebook and my jaw just dropped.
My name is gandhi, I played medic for a few teams in the earlier seasons of competitive tf2 and was close with Kyle at some point. I met him back in the Gib$ community days and I kept logging on to play tf2 just because of people like Kyle. His charisma, energy, and laughter are so contagious and uplifting that I dedicated full days to playing pubs and pugs with Kyle almost 3 years ago. He is the one who introduced me to competitive tf2 with pugs and eventually we even became teammates.
From the bottom of my heart kyle, I am extremely sorry this happened to you and your family. This whole community and people you dont even know are behind your sister, you, and your family in times like this. I'll definitely play my role and chip in after I write this post.
I love hearing from you every time I log into steam every once in awhile and please just tell me if you need anything bud.
-Vinny

Good luck with everything man.
Best of luck my friend, i wish you and your family the best of luck in the future!
This situation is absolutely disgusting, the fact that a nation like the united states has no safety net preventing these things from occurring is beyond disgusting.
All the best to you...
I wish your sister a quick recovery and good luck to you and your family
I wish the best for you man, big respect for you and your dad willing to work that much for someone you love, hope your sister recovers well and I hope to hear from you soon

Who are the cops saying is at fault? The SUV I assume? Shouldn't their insurance have to pay?

we cant hav non that homo comnist health care
oddly enough we have an issue separating government from church, so you'd think the first instinct would be to...help...people?
my insurance ran out so i'm not sure i'll ever NOT have Cubital Tunnel Syndrome oh boy
From looking at that video, it actually looks like an exact copy of what happened to Lange. How is this not on the SUV driver's tab?
I'm no legal student, would a a liability claim go anywhere?

Township police said Sarah Marich, who was traveling north on Old Youngstown Road around 4:55 p.m., is believed to have run a stop sign at Route 422 and collided with a sport utility vehicle driven by Amy Bender. Bender was westbound on Route 422, police said.
maybe has something to do with the crappy insurance payout

This is mainly due to the New Castle News being a pile of garbage. Witnesses to the crash, including the woman who was directly behind Sarah, told police multiple times that Sarah stopped at the sign. The crash happened at the end of my road, so I'm really familiar with traffic patterns at the intersection.
I didn't witness it, but taking into account the (apparent) fact that Sarah stopped, the layout of the intersection, and the fact that there's no evidence (tire marks) that the other woman tried to stop or veer out of the way I'd venture a guess as to this is how the crash happened:
The other woman had just pulled onto the main stretch of highway from a nearby road, and left her turn signal on. At about this time, Sarah would have pulled up to her stop sign, and seen the woman driving towards her. Seeing that the woman had her turn signal on, Sarah started across the road, knowing that there was a yield sign where she thought the woman would turn (accounts for Sarah stopping, looking for traffic, and then going across the road, despite the other oncoming woman). The other woman, likely on a cell phone (accounts for no attempt to brake or veer), doesn't see sarah, and T-bones her.
in short:
red is sarah
blue is other woman
yellow is how sarah thought the other woman was going to go

Again, this is just my guess as to how it happened, based on what I know. While it's true this is a very simple explanation, and an explanation that puts next to no fault on sarah, this is the only explanation I can think of that makes any sense, given evidence.
I dont even know you, but i wish you the best of luck.
Stay strong, family is what counts in the end.
*Brohug* from Ottawa.
Kyle I wish your family the best through this, I was in a similar accident 5 years ago and am still dealing with crap from the insurance companies not dropping it. I can only assume that I will not see you at school this upcoming year so take care of what you need to do. If theres anything I can help with feel free to let me know and I will do my best but keep your spirits up and be thankful that your sister is still with you guys.
Take care,
Zach

It's very likely that you are exactly right. It is unfortunate that this happened, but this is why it's important to ignore what it looks or seems like another driver is going to do. I see people pulling out in front of oncoming traffic constantly because they see the oncoming vehicle's turn signal and make an assumption that the oncoming vehicle will turn at a certain point. Usually, they're right and all is well, but even in a state that doesn't have the "no fault" crap, the driver pulling out in front of oncoming traffic is considered the cause of the accident when the opposing driver T-bones them in a situation like this.
If you're an experienced driver and you've never been in a situation like that, or if you're not a legal driver yet, I urge you to ignore what you think another driver is going to do and wait for them to actually do it before you commit your vehicle and your life.
Kyle,
Good luck. I hope she recovers and everything works out well for you and your family.
