I would like to put together a nomination list to send to Valve for community weapons to make sure they don't overlook folks who work hard behind the scenes for the community. So thanks for all the responses so far!

But I may have come across in the original intro as sounding like I had Valve's ear, or some sort of leverage, which I do not. I have no idea how they select community item recipients, and I assume there is some sort of criteria set.

Not to be a wet blanket or anything - by all means let's nominate people! But don't expect my email to be special, any more than any other random Valve fan's would be.

Negative. If I got one, cool. I've contributed to TF2 by showing people how great it is. I've done nothing to make a difference in the game itself. There's a lot of people more deserving than I.
