Hello, and thank you for considering helping me :D. I am currently playing on a laptop, and use net graph. I know all of the numbers on the right side should be around 66, but the 3rd number down is very very low. I wanted to know if there is anyway to fix it so it is at 66, otherwise I'll just have to deal with it.

OP, are you noticing any actual gameplay problems?

Also,

joraneyWait do you mean the numbers at the very far right or everything like fps and ping?

He's refering to the values in section 7 of the netgraph

https://developer.valvesoftware.com/w/images/e/e8/Net_graph_annotated2.jpg

which are

the user's current cl_updaterate setting, the actual number of updates per second actually received from the server, the actual number of packets per second sent to the server and the user's cl_cmdrate setting (which is the user's desired packets per second to send to the server).
