New TFTV DM Servers (ESEA Whitelist/Snipers)

Hey guys, so I've converted the San Jose/New York DM servers into another set of Chicago/Dallas servers, but they will now have the following features

1) ESEA Whitelist

This means that the Direct Hit, Charge n' Targe, etc. are now allowed in these two servers only (and any other weapon allowed by ESEA)

2) Snipers Enabled

Each team will now be allowed 1 sniper per team. ~~As of right now they're not nerfed in any way, but I may be looking into making snipers headshot only~~ The plugins were already installed, so they're headshot only (noscope body shots still work as intended though).

The IPs:

Chicago DM Server #3: 192.223.26.119:27015

Dallas DM Server #3: 74.91.120.174:27015

You should absolutely make them headshot only. I don't see any reason to not do that.

not really, 1 bullet with increased headshot damage would give you your 1 bullet back...imo it would be a great way to practice sniper.

except if you miss what are you gonna do? steal kills with smg? kukri someone who is bound to have full ammo because its dm? no.

Also a regular uncharged headshot does 150, enough to kill scouts and almost kill soldiers and demomen

At this point yes. It can be changed so it does not do that if enough people don't like the current setup

No this is good. Noscopes can finish off soldiers/demos but you can't charge bodyshots. Everyone is happy right?

sally forgot you can't reload a sniper rifle when it runs out of ammo or is he just that dumb?
