The roamer in my team is having a problem since yesterday (when we had to play with 5 because of this). Everytime he joins a ESEA Server with the client open, his TF2 crashes. He tried with CS:GO and it works fine, it's just with TF2. We have a match tonight and he will come back from college just in time for the match, so he can't test solutions right now, but he will try everything you guys say here right before the match. Please, help us. Playing with 5 people 2 matches in a row is no fun.
What he already tried:
Reinstalled the client dozens of times;
Deactivated his anti-virus.
He has no TF2 plugins installed (not even P-REC) and no kind of skins or any mods like that. And he can join any non-ESEA server. Also, his game just crashes, he doesn't get any kind of error message.
He uses Windows 7 64 bit. Last thursday he played just fine. And, as I said before, he could join a CS:GO server without any problems.
Please, help us.

I remember there being some issue with internet explorer that was causing problems for stopper. I can't remember exactly what it was but we found the solution on esea forums i think. Ill see if I can find it.

Is he running firewall, proxy, or filtering software? ESEA client really seems to hate those things.

He doesn't have any kind of addons. Also, he isn't just being kicked from the server, his game just closes.

When you're kicked from an ESEA server, all plugins are disabled. You can just reconnect at that point.

Proxy and filtering definitely not. As he deactivated his anti-virus, he probably deactivated his firewall too if he uses any... But I'm checking with him.
