My first question for you is that lately I have been a very bad spy and sniper, so I wanted to train on tr_walkway. But wasn't spawning bots, even when I reinstalled the map. Help me.

EVE Hud, Rayshud, KN + Garm3n hud reborn modified by Teca99.

here is the fix for tr_walkway
there is no best hud, its all taste, usually you'd want a hud that's regularly updated so it won't break after an update, huds.tf is a good place to search one

As far as HUDs go, that is just personal preference. What others like may not necessarily be best for you.
I would recommend trying out different ones and seeing which you like the most.

Personally I like huds along the lines of knhud, ahud, and yahud but they are not updated all that regularly

Just a tip, bots in tr_walkway don't walk in the normal way. I don't remember the exact method, so I'm not gonna try to make myself sound foolish, but I do know that it can mess with the hitboxes somewhat. Feel free to use it, but remember that it might not be as accurate or useful for training as just hopping into a random pub.

The bots don't actually move, unless you set them to strafe, in which case they move left and right, but bots will never have forward or backward movement because it's the FLOOR that moves them, and specifically for their team (Blu?)
OP is better off going to a pub and playing sniper there. Might as well work on your awareness for spies too right?

I've heard this too; I think the bots are in the wrong animation or something so their head hitboxes are in the wrong place, which is why you usually want to use other maps like tr_aim for headshot training.

i dont know, i tried tr walkway for 200hrs, and got pretty good scores, so i thought it was good. Anyway tks for the heads up
I don't know if it's automatically enabled when you launch a tr_walkway, but should make sure these commands are put in:
tf_use_fixed_weaponspreads 1
tf_weapon_criticals 0
That way it'll have the same settings as any lobby/pug/scrim/match, generally competitive TF2 games. Pretty important for scout I believe.
