Need new mp3 player

My old ipod touch died recently, and I've been trying to do some research to get something to replace it. If anyone is versed in the area, could I get some advice? Some specifications I'm looking for:
-I don't really want another ipod. Shit's expensive and I hate itunes. Plus wouldn't mind just something different for a change, been using an ipod since like 2005.
-Need 64gb+, preferably flash memory.
-Good battery life.
-Color options don't matter to me much as long as it looks pretty in general.
-Pretty much only for music; would prefer solid sound quality, equalizer options, etc. Would love if it supported FLAC.
-I don't watch videos on the go or play mobile games often so that's not really a priority, but I wouldn't mind the option of having some type of apps available if that's a thing.
-Obviously would prefer as low a price as possible. I'd say absolute max would be $200 but I'm in-between jobs and would greatly prefer more like $150 or lower.
-Best case scenario would be if it also worked with Winamp as a manager, since I use that for my player on my computer.

From what research I've done so far, I'm seen that Cowon seems to be a pretty good option with the types of products that they have, the X9 looks pretty good in particular, I'm just a bit peeved that they only go up to 32gb max. Would an sd card solve this problem?

Or alternatively are there additional products others can recommend that I could look at as well? I'm of course open to anything within my preferences.

Yeah get a sansa clip and rockbox it, then spend the money you saved on a huge micro sd card.
Edit: shit apparently the clip+ is discontinued, and the new ones don't support rockbox.

Clip zip is decent and the latest one to support rockbox, its barely old enough to be discontinued though.
The battery life on the zip with rockbox is a bit iffy though I'm not sure if thats normal or if the devs never got to optimizing it for the zip.

Any recent-ish device that supports rockbox is probably worth it.

Another option to consider: A cheap Windows/Android phone + micro SD card. Then use whatever app you want for music (including internet music apps like spotify, pandora, etc).

Appreciate the help. I looked up a bit about the Clip and its variants, and while it does seem decent, I've seen conflicting information about whether a 64gb microsd card would be supported; it officially supports up to 32gb, but there doesn't seem to be a definite answer for 64. Anyone know about this?
