My foot was bent to about a 45 degree angle in a car accident. Had to have 10 pins going through it for several months and then had them removed with basically a pair of pliers.

i should share mine: i got a bad thumb sprain when i was 10 while playing football during lunchtime. i couldn't move it for 2 days and the bruising was so bad, the school nurse thought it was a fracture.

Nowhere near as bad as half the stuff in this thread, but I got slammed into the wall of a trailer by a bull. No lasting damage but my head hit the wall and I saw stars.

edit: O YA ACTUALLY when i was a little shit (like 5) i was riding a scooter and it didnt have those little rubber caps on the ends of the bars, so basically sharp aluminum ends were exposed

i tried to do this trick where i would go up on my front wheel and grab my break and basically i tipped forwards and the bar landed perpendicular to the ground and i drove the bar into my forehead, i still have a scar l0l

When i was young after swimming i was walking up the bleachers to get my towel when i slipped and fell, i hit the side of my head onto a corner and next thing i knew there was blood trickling down my face, there was a doctor there and they got the first aid kit and used it to patch me up. The entire left side of my face was covered with bandages and i had a black eye for the next two weeks. I still have the scar right next to my left eye

I got dropped by my mom when I was a baby I don't remember it but I have a scar on my head so I suppose it must've been painful
oh and I remember I got bit by a bullet ant right on the tip of my dick when I was like 9

When I was four we were getting our driveway paved. It was a hot 90+ degree day and my friend and I were playing tag. I was "it" and chasing my friend (who was three years older and significantly bigger) . We ran down my stairs when my friend jumped over the four foot wide gap of steaming hot asphalt. I,being 4 and not knowing any better ,tried to jump this gap only to land and sink about an inch deep into this asphalt... I ran into the house with the asphalt stuck to the bottoms of my feet. Mom quickly put my feet in a tub of ice water.and drove me to the hospital, I'll never forget the pain back in nineteen ninety eight when the undertaker threw mankind off hеll in a cell, and plummeted sixteen feet through an announcer's table.

When i fractured my lower back it was extremely painful to walk followed closely by pinching a nerve in my lower back two seperate times

that pain that you get when one of your family members pass away. it never truly leaves you and it honestly is something i'd never wish on another person. it's really sad tbh when people say shit like i hope your family dies etc. that shit never leaves you.

Abcessed front tooth. it got to be so bad I would pass out from the pain multiple times. I couldn't even see a dentist due to how bad the infection was so I went on antibiotics, which I had a bad reaction too, and I also learned that I'm apparently allergic to codeine. So the things helping me made me feel yet worse, so I had to switch antibiotics and pain meds. So I was in near complete agony, bed ridden because of the pain and the bad reactions. I spent maybe 3hrs awake on a daily basis for maybe 2 weeks... I lost 15lbs in 2 weeks because of this :/ Bad diarrhea (it was a horrible black/green color), a swollen face, pain that I couldn't stay awake through, I would throw up even water for 2 days straight. My female dentist and her assistant both said I've felt pain worse than giving birth...
