Title is self explanatory. I have hypnotize hud which is just a modified version of m0rehud so it has the same crosshairs.
A good example of the crosshair is this https://youtu.be/8Jwd4fSabuI?t=90 it also has some music so you might want to turn down the volume
If theres a prob with Hypnotize hud, i can just switch to m0rehud.

Just take the seeker crosshair as a hud crosshair and then enable green dot crosshair from tf2's own settings. The green dot overlapses the seekers own white dot in the middle.

http://www.teamfortress.tv/36394/thalash-xhair
http://www.teamfortress.tv/42192/thalash-crosshair-w-1024-h-768

download links in those threads. Your options:
HUD crosshairs
If your custom HUD already has a seeker crosshair, enable it, then use crosshair5 in-game.
If not there's instructions and downloads in the threads for installing a custom font with the seeker crosshair in it

VTF crosshairs
very easy if you've worked with VTF crosshairs before. Download to VTFs also in those threads
If you're not familiar with these it can take a bit to figure out but I can recommend using something like Leth's crosshair pack as base or cfg.tf's crosshair pack maker. you just have to switch around the files' name so it uses Thalash' crosshair instead

edit: Archie's post below should work. Follow his instructions. It's the VTF crosshair method I wrote about. You then have to use the command cl_crosshair_file "" in console (or go to Options > Multiplayer > Crosshair None)

Thank you archie and Tob, the problem that i have is that the crosshair is not correctly shown like the video i mentioned, it just looks fully green. im also using 4:3 stretched if thats the case. And, yes i did everything like both of you suggested. I also tried the 'crosshair5' method, but it didnt really work, the green part shows up including the white dot. which makes it very bad.

make sure you change the colour of the crosshair, in the options menu, to white. The colour sliders in the options control the wings of the crosshair

Just to make sure I made my own version of Thalash Seeker using Leth's Seeker as a base (recolored the dot green, kept the wings white)

Like Jynxii pointed out you need to have your crosshair color settings on full white as well (this preserves the colors of the VTF). So try that first. If you set your current Seeker to white and it goes full white then replace it with mine (rename mine to Seeker and throw it in the Thumbnails folder)

I did change the color sliders to white, and it looks like the one in the video. Thank you, however theres a slight problem onto it, this is not a big problem, if theres no fix to it then its fine. The way how the crosshair looks like is a bit weird. im not sure how to explain it to you, the end of the wings show an outline that kind of ruins the crosshair, https://www.google.com/search?tbm=isch&q=tf2+crosshair&chips=q:tf2+crosshair,g_3:seeker&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjfucKrtvfcAhXjxIsKHaTCCtIQ4lYIKygA&biw=1517&bih=701&dpr=1#imgrc=auKlPO08iZaqdM: is the bext example i have, in the video, thalash's wings are smooth and perfect. while mines are just like in the video, if theres some tf2 setting to change it, ill have no problem with that. again, im using 4:3 stretched if thats the case.

sounds like you're using a small cl_crosshair_scale. I play on 640x480 so I have the same thing. I usually go for something like 20 to 25.5

Try larger crosshair sizes. What can also help is using .5 at the end. Like try "cl_crosshair_scale 20.5" if 20 looks bad

Aside from that the only solutions are:
*using a higher resolution
*editing the VTF yourself until it looks right on your prefered crosshair scale. For this I recommend using a VTF plug-in with paint.net/gimp/photoshop. Editing them is easy once you know what you're doing (it's all I do these days) but if it's just for this crosshair I'd mess with scale instead
*PM me with your 4:3 resolution and i'll make some alternate versions that hopefully looks better (no promises on this being soon. my exams start this Monday until September 5th)

Set the current scale to 19.7, works for me. Thank you all for helping.
