As 2019 enters its third month and the aftermath of AFLAN18 drove Asian TF2 players restless, dawn breaks once again as the 15th season of the AsiaFortress Cup is finally here. The first AsiaFortress Cup of 2019 will once again showcase the highly-skilled players of Asia and their various playstyles from the Asian scene, and with many changes both in the lower and upper echelon of the scene. Coming off a LAN, this season will prove to be one of the more exciting ones in recent years.
Signups are currently open until the 24th of March, with the first week of the regular season starting on April 1st and running through to May 19th. Playoffs will begin in the end of May, with the season expected to conclude at the end of June.
Some of the changes this season include the removal of Sunshine and Granary from the map pool. In their place, Reckoner returns, with Propaganda wrapping up the new map pool.

The usage of the Global Whitelist will remain unchanged, using the latest revision made in January.
AsiaFortress is also trialling a new match system, using the services of match.tf, a fairly popular system used most notably by South American TF2 leagues such as FBTF and Chapelaria.
