It all comes down to your preference and how comfortable you are with the setup. Most scout players prefer something closer to that 13.
That being said I use: 34 in/360 and no viewmodels except melee.

Best mousepad?

I personally love my corepad deskpad xl, gives me a decent amount of room to turn. Might be a bit on the bigger side but if you are a low sens gamer then its big on my recommend list. Its faster than the Qck+ and dimensions are 27 x 20

new rocket stacking meme exploit

Just letting you know, this exploit (freezeglitch) has been around for quite some time now, and can be done in a ton (literally 100+) of ways that doesnt require one of the few servers that run sv_cheats 1. Honestly there isnt a good way to stop it from being used, but most of the most common ways are being put in to place to be bannable via a plugin.
Been a while since ive seen this topic though.

dollarlayerIf you take your inches per 360 in game, adjust your DPI so that when you move your mouse from one side of the monitor to the other, it roughly matches your in-game inches 360 it should be pretty close, or at least for me it feels close. I'm not sure if this is perfectly accurate but others can try it out.
I mean I haven't ever tried that being that I use a 34 in/360, but I mean what represents a 180 degree turn on the grid?
the further you go away from the center of the grid on the monitor on the 2d axis the more stretched it would be on the 3d plane.
A good representation of what I mean is if you took a bowl and put graph paper inside of it to represent moving on a xy axis to look in a xyz direction.

okay so this comes up quite a bit. Since there is no reference from a grid to a 3d rotation, meaning it wouldnt scale accordingly, things such as this and osu! dont really help aim too much.
If you want to work on basic mouse control and technique it can be a help but if you are expecting to hit more flick shots after playing it then you are probably going to be a bit disappointed. Something similar that works in a fps setting are the csgo aim maps where targets appear and you tap all of them.

temporarily use left alt if there is no other way. Use virtual keyboard to type it in console. Or if you are a weirdo you canuse c, v, or b like I have seen some weird configs do.

keep in mind you can always buy a separate numpad, there are several options ranging from really cheap crappy ones to rarely use around ~$10, as well as super nice mechanical ones around $60. Having owned one that I use basically only for buy shortcuts in counter strike as well as my accounting homework I just found one at the local office depot.
