Multi core rendering

Whenever I try to turn off multi core rendering it turns itself back on. Anyone know how to fix that?

It's probably something in your config. Do you mean it comes back on after you restart/join a game, or that it just doesn't get applied?

Well, after I press apply I checked back in the options menu and it was back on. Gonna check my config now.

Edit: I had mat_queue_mode set to 2 in my autoexec. Works fine now.
