I just moved to Canada from Singapore and I'm confused how pugs work here as they are very different to the ones in asia.

Could someone please explain what IRC is? How do I join pugs? How can I start pugs?

you might also try mibbit, i had grown quite fond of atf2 but when it went down switching to mibbit was just as easy or maybe even easier.
