So my deathadder is acting up and the middle mouse button doesn't work anymore. That and woven covering on the cord is pretty much completely destroyed after being pulled on the corner of my desk thousands of times.

Anyone have experience with Razer support/warranty and how the process goes? I looked on their site and it doesn't even give a phone number to talk to, just a contact form and my experiences with using those are really iffy. I still got a couple months til the 2 year warranty is over so I guess as long as it covers it I'm good?
