I've been picked up. Thanks to everyone who tried me out.
Pretty good scout, could play mid-high open, doesn't have problems showing up for scrims, stuck with our team for 3 seasons.
He also likes cats and capping points.

likes cats and is pretty good at capping points. pick him up for daily cats.
I played medic on the last season of Dave's Dangerous Dudes on his team (his last season of open), and rang for his team recently.
Runtime is one of the more mature, level headed and adult scout mains looking. He's level headed, takes criticism well, and doesn't tilt. He's been out of the grind for a while, but even with that he's at least solidly mid open. Given the state of open, he's probably mid-high or maybe would be good for a team shooting for low playoffs.
Pick up if you enjoy playing with mature humans and not having your team killed by weebs.
OH YEAH he'll probably improve fast now that he's not leading, which is a headache and a half. That's something to keep in mind.

Runtime is one, if not, the most dedicated player I have met/played with. He's open to criticism and capable of keeping a clear head even when things go south. Since his return to tf2, about a month or so ago, he's just about back to form to where he was several seasons ago. Solid mid-open pickup, would play scout with any day of the week.
Good luck, Chen
