I'm using a slightly modified version of RIETHUD Remastered, and am having trouble doing a couple of things.
I want to remove the On wearer attributes field, and resize the Taunt and Item Loadout buttons to about the same as the Red and Blu buttons and Move it upwards to just under them.
And also want to shift The double more than sight downwards slightly, to align it with the class name.
Also, is there a way to increase the size, angle and position of model preview in the loadout panel?

Hi once again Ultra, didn't find this post before now. (i don't check this page often) All these tips are to be done in the "ClassLoadoutPanel" in resource/ui.
So first, removing the "On wearer attributes field should simply be by finding "PassiveAttribsLabel" and changing enabled to "0". If that doesn't work change x and y positions to 9999 or something that would go off frame.
Taunt and item loadout buttons would be to go to "RedButton" or "BlueButton" copy their length and width and paste them in "CharacterLoadoutButton" and "TauntLoadoutButton". After that you may have to mess around with the x position off the 2 buttons as they will probably collide. :P
For the double im guessing you mean the double arrow: >>. To fix that simply find "CaratLabel" or the "TauntCaratLabel" and edit the y position of it/them.
And Last if you mean the editing the angle of the weapons or miscs that your class is using? Then no i don't think it has to do with the hud, but you can use one that i actually use. Be aware this will not work while you're on sv_pure servers like valve servers. http://tf2.gamebanana.com/guis/30372
If you mean the classmodel, simply locate "classmodelpanel" and screw around with the:
"angles_x"
"angles_y"
"angles_z"
"origin_x"
"origin_y"
"origin_z"
Ps next time plz just message me on steam and i'll be able to see and help you alot faster :) i don't mind helping someone customizing their version of the hud (i actually use my own heavily customized version of the hud)
Hope this answered all your questions :)
