I´ve misread this part of the article multiple times aswell. It seems as if the terror attacks are referred to here as a reason that KnoxXx can´t go not Bulle.

Bulle knew he couldn't go before the attacks happened and as far as I know knoxxx himself is ok but is having to pull extra work to cover for people or something.

As far as I know (and I may be wrong but I hope not) Knoxxx is just covering for someone at work who was affected in some way. I don't think he personally was.
